A cat can have brown eyes but it's not common. It probably is from a huge mix of cat breeds. I have a cat that came from a Siamese and the Siamese came from a mixed cat. The other one she came from is a mix of a Maine Coon, a Scottish Fold, and a Manx cat. Worst case scenario, the cats are sick.
